In August 2003 Royal Mail opened their new purpose built National Distribution Centre in Crick that will handle 47 million items of mail a day. To support an operation of this size the materials handling equipment needed to be reliable and fit for the job. After a stiff tendering process Barloworld were selected, as part of a dual award with another leading lift truck manufacturer, to supply specially designed LO2.0 lowlevel order pickers to handle their york containers.
