Upon your approval we install our unique Barloworld telemetry device (BTD) to each truck in the fleet which automatically transmits hourmeter readings and equipment performance data to our back office service management system. Our telemetry device captures and analyses data across multiple sites and geographies in real time providing you with utilization, service and cost of ownership information at the touch of a button. A series of reports is available to download through our dedicated web portal giving 24/7 access to live performance data across your fleet. 

Remote Repair Diagnostics...

Our telemetry device integrates with the Canbus nervous system of the latest forklift trucks. This enables us to capture equipment fault codes automatically as they arise. Repair diagnostics is done remotely without the need to dispatch a technician enabling us to respond quickly with appropriate parts, minimize down time and avoid costly preventable repairs.
